INTENTION OF ZIYARAT
I am visiting my master and lord, Abu Abdullah Al-Hussain (AS) on behalf of myself, my parents, my wife, my children, brothers and sisters, grandfathers and grand mothers, my uncles and my aunties, my avuncular (mother side) and my maternal aunts, my friends and my neighbors, everyone who recommended me to pray (for them), asked me to do Ziyarat (the visit) on their behalf, every faithful, whether alive or dead, especially those who have rights on me, for the sake of Allah the Almighty.
Ziyarat Warith
(The Inheritor)
When you get the gateway of the shrine stop and say:
اَللهُ اَكْبَرُ كَبيراً، وَالْحَمْدُ للهِِ كَثيراً، وَسُبْحانَ اللهِ بُكْرَةً وَاَصيلاً،
ALLAAHO AKBARO KABEERAN WALHAMDO LILLAAHE KASEERAN WA SUBHAANALLAHE BUKRATAN WA ASEELAN
Allah is the greatest and all praise be unto Him and glory and praise be unto Him morning and evening
اَلْحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذي هَدانا لِهذا وَماكُنّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْ لا اَنْ هَدانَا اللهُ، لَقَدْ جاءَ تْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنا بِالْحَقِّ.
ALHAMDULILLAH ALAZY HADANA LIHAZA WA MA KUNNA-LIN HATADIYA LAWLA AN HADANA LLAHU LAQAD JA-AT ROSOLO RABBINA BILHAQ.
Praise be to Allah, the One Who guided us to this affair and certainly we would have not been guided, had Allah not guided us. Surely, the Messengers of our Lord have brought Haq (Righteousness).
Then say:
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يا رَسُولَ اللهِ،
ASALAMO 'ALAIKA YA RASOLAL LLAHI
Peace be upon You O Messenger of Allah (SAWA)
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يا نَبِيَّ اللهِ،
ASALAMO 'ALAIKA YA NABIA LLAHI
Peace be upon You O Prophet of Allah
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يا خاتَمَ النَّبِيّينَ
ASALAMO 'ALAIKA YA KHATAMAN NABI-YEN
Peace be upon You O Seal of all Prophets
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يا سَيِّدَ الْمُرْسَلينَ
ASALAMO 'ALAIKA YA SAYEDAL MORASLYN
Peace be upon You O Master of the Messengers
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يا حَبيبَ اللهِ
ASALAMO 'ALAIKA YA HABIBAL LLAHI
Peace be upon You O Beloved of Allah
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يا اَميرَ الْمُؤْمِنينَ
ASALAMO 'ALAIKA YA AMIRAL MO'MININA
Peace be upon You O Commander of the Faithful
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يا سَيِّدَ الْوَصِيّينَ
ASALAMO 'ALAIKA YA SAYEDAL WASEYENA
Peace be upon You O Master of Successors
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يا قائِدَ الْغُرِّ الُْمحَجَّلينَ
ASALAMO 'ALAIKA YA QAEDAL GHOREL MOHAJALINA
Peace be upon You O Leader of the people with bright shining foreheads
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ فاطِمَةَ سَيِّدَةِ نِساءِ الْعالَمينَ
ASALAMO 'ALAIKA YABNA FATIMATA SAYEDATA NESA-EL-'ALAMINA
Peace be upon You O Son of Fatima (AS) mistress of the women of all worlds
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَى الاَْئِمَّةِ مِنْ وُلْدِكَ
ASALAMO 'ALAIKA WA 'ALA ALYEMATA MEN WOLDEKA
Peace be upon the Imams (AS) from Your Offspring
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يا وَصِيَّ اَميرِ الْمُؤْمِنينَ
ASALAMO 'ALAIKA YA WASEYA AMEEREL MO'MENINA
Peace be upon You O Successor of Commander of The Faithful (AS)
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ اَيُّهَا الصِّديقُ الشَّهيدُ
ASALAMO 'ALAIKA AYOHAL SEDDIQOL SHAHEEDO
