فَتَرِثُ مِنَ الْفَرْعِ وَ لَا تَرِثُ مِنَ‌

امام صادق (ع) محمد بن مسلم 113، 114، 116، 210، 355 وَ إِنَّمَا ذَلِكَ لِئَلَّا يَتَزَوَّجْنَ امام صادق (ع) زراره و محمد بن مسلم 131، 134، 167، 210، 394 بَيْتٌ حُجَّ إِلَيْهِ قَبْلَ آدَمَ بِأَلْفَىْ امام صادق (ع) زرارة 366 لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يُصَلِّىَ الرَّجُلُامام صادق (ع) ابراهيم همدانى 296 يَرِثُهَا وَ تَرِثُهُ (مِنْ) كُلِّ شَىْ‌ءٍ امام صادق (ع) فضل بن عبدالملك و ابن ابى يعفور 104، 225، 226، 312 إِذَا وَرَدَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَدِيثَانِ مُخْتَلِفَانِامام صادق (ع) عبدالرحمن ابى عبدالله 243 لَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ وَ تَرِثُهُامام صادق (ع) عبيد بن زرارة و فضل ابى العباس 228، 229، 312 أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ لَا تَرِثُ مِنْ تَرِكَةِصادقين (ع) زُرَارَةَ وَ بُكَيْرٍ وَ فُضَيْلٍ وَ بُرَيْدٍ وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ 124، 126، 304، 305، 382 لَيْسَ لِلنِّسَاءِ مِنَ الدُّورِصادقين (ع) عبدالملك بن اعين 139، 140، 167، 175، 400 عِلَّةُ الْمَرْأَةِ أَنَّهَا لَا تَرِثُ مِنَ امام رضا (ع) محمد بن سنان 147، 149، 168، 211 وَ الْمَرْأَةُ يُمْكِنُ الِاسْتِبْدَالُ بِهَا امام رضا (ع) محمد بن سنان 147، 149، 168، 211، 355 إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَلْيُطَ لِّقْمقطو عهعبدالله بن سنان 298 الرَّمَلُ فِى وَادِى مُحَسِّرٍمقطوعهعمر بن يزيد 297 كُلُّ مَا كَانَ فِى الْإِنْسَانِ اثْنَانِمقطوعههشام بن سالم 296 يُخْرَجُ الْوَلَدُ وَ يُخَاطُ بَطْنُهَامقطوعهعمر بن اذينة 292 فِى النِّسَاءِ إِذَا كَانَ لَهُنَّ وَلَدٌمقطوعهعمر بن اذينة 54، 62، 104، 257، 258، 305 سكَّنَ الله عُقَيْراكِ فلاتُصْحِريها----------- 129، 172 أَرَادَ أَنْ يَدْفَنَ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّامام صادق (ع) سليمان بن خالد 414 دَخَلَالْحُسَيْنُبْنُعَلِىٍّ (ع) ابن عباس 412

A Brief Account of the Life of- is Eminence

Shaykh Muhammad Jawad Fazel Lankarani

- is eminence, Shaykh Muhammad Jawad Fazel Lankarani, son of Grand Ayatullah Fazel Lankarani( may his soul rest in peace )the great marja') religious authority (of the Shia world was born in the holy city of Qum in the year 1431 A.-./ 2691 C. E.

- e completed his primary education in Qum and Yazd.- e continued his scientific studies until the year 6531 A.-./ 7791 C. E. when he received his Bachelors of Science. In addition to his high school education he also undertook theological studies in the Islamic Seminary of Qum. Despite the revolution of the Muslim nation of Iran when- owza classes very regularly off he, by virtue of serious endeavors finished the graduate( sutuh )level studies in a relatively short period of time. Afterwards, during the year 1631 A.-./ 2891 C. E. he started to take part in kharij) post- doctorate (level courses in jurisprudence and its principles) fiqh and usool (.- e attended the lectures of his great father and benefitted very much from him.- e also attended the lectures of Grand Ayatullah Waheed Khurasani for seven years.

Furthermore, he attended the classes of Ayatullah- asanzadah Aamuli and Ayatullah Jawadi Aamuli in the fields of exegesis( tafseer )of the- oly Qur'an and philosophy.- e studied the books" Shifaa" and" Asfaar" with these two outstanding teachers and benifitted greatly from them.

For twenty years now he has been teaching and lecturing to a great number of students.- e taught the books:" Ma'aalim" four times," Makaasib" three times and" Kifaayatul Osool" four times.- e has also been teaching fiqh( jurisprudence )and Osool) princilpes of jurisprudence (at the kharij level for the past Fifteen years.- is classes are very popular among the seminary students.

This book studies the casesin which wife inherits the land or deprivats. it is also one of the lessens I have written. finally I hope you can benefit form this book.
